We use high-quality alumina as raw material and are equipped with multiple ball mills for powder grinding. The size of the powder particles is controlled at the sub-micron level to ensure that the alumina ceramics can achieve the best performance.
Our products add a very small amount of magnesium oxide (MgO ≤ 0.05%) during the sintering process, which can effectively control the growth of grains (grain size is 2-4 microns). At the same time, we control the pores generated during the sintering process to less than 0.4%, which can well maintain the performance of the product.
