Advanced Ceramic Manufacturing-Isostatic Pressing
As a professional manufacturer, GORGEOUS can provide you with cold isostatic pressing, warm isostatic pressing and hot isostatic pressing processes, providing you with high-quality ceramic customized solutions.
- Cold isostatic pressing (CIP): using liquid (water/oil) as the medium and rubber/plastic as the sheath at room temperature, it is used for powder molding to provide a green body for subsequent sintering.
- Warm isostatic pressing (WIP): Pressurizing with special liquid/gas at 80-450℃, suitable for materials that need to be heated for forming, such as graphite and rubber.
- Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP): Powder consolidation is achieved under high temperature and high pressure, which can complete molding and sintering at the same time, and is used for diffusion bonding, defect elimination, etc. It uses inert gas (argon/nitrogen) and metal/glass sheathing.
