Activated alumina is an excellent desiccant and adsorbent with a special porous structure and high specific surface area (surface area ≈ 415m2/g).
Activated alumina balls are environmentally friendly, odorless, non-powdered, insoluble in water, and have strong water absorption capacity. When used to dry compressed air or gas, it can reduce the water vapor in the air to a very low level, reaching a dew point of -40°F (about -40℃) to -100°F (about -73℃).

Features
Uniform size: prevents adsorption separation during air control loading, reduces channel flow, and is very beneficial to the drying of the absorption tower.
High extrusion strength: ensures that the gas passes through the absorption tower quickly, can effectively dry the gas, and prevent ammonia from escaping.

Activated Alumina Uses
For air compressors: Activated alumina has the characteristics of pressure resistance, high lightness, low wear, suitable pore structure, and low impurity content. It is very suitable for use in factory air compressors.
Special defluoridation agent: The extremely strong adsorption force can be used for defluoridation of drinking water in high-fluorine areas. It is a special defluoridation agent for factories.
Adsorption dryer: The activated alumina particles are uniform in size, smooth in surface, and highly hygroscopic. After washing, they do not expand or crack, and remain in their original state. They are non-toxic, odorless, and insoluble in water. They are very suitable for use as desiccant.
Catalyst: As a CO-M0 series sulfur-resistant shift catalyst, it has the characteristics of good low-temperature activity, wide operating temperature range, and short sulfurization time. It is very suitable for use in small and medium-sized synthetic ammonia units.
