Alumina cylinder is a cylindrical alumina crucible produced by us. We provide cylindrical crucibles of various sizes and purities for you to choose from (Diameter 1-550mm customized size, Purity 95-99.9), which can meet your special needs in laboratory or industry.

Excellent high temperature resistance: Our alumina cylinder has excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity. Ceramic crucibles can withstand high temperatures of 1600°C under normal circumstances, and can be temporarily at 1750°C in some special application scenarios. Our alumina cylinders are precisely manufactured. According to customer feedback, our alumina cylinders can have a 10% longer service life than other similar products, and cracking is very rare during high temperature treatment, which is very beneficial for your high-temperature and efficient treatment of chemicals and molten metal materials.
Strong corrosion resistance: Alumina ceramics have excellent corrosion resistance, which makes alumina cylinders resistant to corrosion from a variety of chemical substances (such as acid, alkali, salt, etc.) and have a good service life. Alumina is a non-toxic inert material. Our products are of high purity (>99%, except for specific purity requirements), with only a small amount of harmless impurities, which can minimize safety hazards during your use. Please be careful to avoid long-term (such as more than 1 hour) contact or high-temperature treatment of the following solutions: hydrofluoric acid solution (HF), high-temperature phosphoric acid solution (H3PO4), high-temperature sodium hydroxide solution (NaOH), boiling point potassium hydroxide solution (KOH). Using these high-temperature solutions may cause the alumina cylinder to be corroded.
Caution: For larger cylindrical crucibles, if the maximum temperature change rate exceeds 160°C/Hr, the crucible will crack.
