Ceramic connectors are often designed as block ceramic structures with specific geometric shapes to ensure and adapt to their excellent connection functions. This block structure usually has precise holes and notches, which can be precisely combined with other devices.
We provide high-quality alumina connectors with a purity of 85-99.9%. Typical ceramic connectors are blocks with a length of about 50mm, a width of 20mm, and a thickness of 10mm. They can have multiple through holes for bolt fixing. In addition, we can customize the size of ceramic connectors for you.
The Mohs hardness of alumina is 9, which is comparable to the hardness of diamond. The alumina connectors we produce have excellent mechanical strength, with a compressive strength of more than 2000MPa, and can work stably in harsh environments.
Our alumina connectors can usually work at 1600℃, and high-purity alumina can work above 1750℃ in certain reducing atmospheres.
