Alumina pins are made of high-quality alumina and have good mechanical properties, high hardness, high density, and wear resistance, making them widely used in various industrial scenarios. The ceramic pins we produce have excellent wear resistance, with a hardness between 15-19 GPa, and are suitable for various wear-resistant processing applications.
The wear rate of ceramic pins is very low. We have advanced surface treatment technology to perform laser surface modification on the product and modify the microstructure of the ceramic surface to further increase its wear resistance; if there is a higher demand, we can also provide You use chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) to deposit a super-hard coating on the surface of the product, which greatly improves the wear resistance and service life of the product.
In some cases, ceramic pins need to work in high-temperature environments. Our products can still withstand high temperatures of 1600°C, and can even be briefly exposed to extreme temperatures of 1750°C in some special reducing atmospheres.
