Our zirconium oxide products are combined with other oxide materials to form ceramic materials with superior performance, including partially stabilized zirconium oxide (PSZ), yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide (YSZ), zirconium oxide toughened alumina ceramics (ZTA composite ceramics), magnesium oxide partially stabilized zirconium oxide (ZrO2), (Mg-PSZ ceramic plates).

Partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ): This is zirconia with magnesium oxide (MgO) or calcium oxide (CaO) stabilizers added. Partially stabilized zirconia has better toughness and thermal stability than ordinary zirconia and can maintain a more stable phase structure at high temperatures.

Yttria stabilized zirconia (ZrO2), (YSZ ceramic plate): This ceramic material has better mechanical strength and wear resistance than ordinary zirconia, has the highest mechanical strength and fracture toughness, and is one of our best-selling modified zirconia.

Zirconia toughened alumina ceramics (ZTA composite ceramics): This ceramic material is a composite of alumina and zirconia, combining the advantages of both. It improves the toughness of zirconia while maintaining high hardness and wear resistance. You can use our products in harsh wear environments that require high toughness.

Magnesium Oxide Partially Stabilized Zirconia (ZrO2), (Mg-PSZ Ceramic Plate): This ceramic adds magnesium oxide as a stabilizer to zirconium oxide, which allows zirconium oxide to maintain a more stable phase structure at high temperatures. Our Mg-PSZ ceramic plate has excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance, making it your preferred choice for heat treatment applications.

Mechanical properties: Our zirconia plate products have excellent mechanical strength. Their density is usually 5.6-6.05g/cm3, and their toughness is above 8MPA·M1/2. They also have a compressive strength of 2000MPa. They are excellent zirconia ceramic plates for you to use in various harsh environments!

Thermal performance: Our zirconia plates have a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of steel, and can resist thermal shock very well. Their thermal conductivity is 2W/m·K (25°C). The lower thermal conductivity can provide good thermal insulation performance.

Molding: The molding of zirconia plates mainly adopts grouting molding and isostatic pressing.

Surface roughness: We have a variety of surface treatments for you to choose from.

  • Ra0.2μm, optimal surface finish, ideal for your high-gloss and low-friction applications
  • Ra≤0.80μm: cold rolling treatment, moderate surface finish
  • Ra≤1.20μm: cold rolling and grinding treatment, with a certain degree of smoothness, and the surface finish is not high.
  • Ra≤1.60μm: Cold rolled and pickled, the surface is matte, suitable for applications where surface reflection requirements are not high

Processing accuracy: We can have a processing accuracy of ±0.001mm for high-precision zirconia plates, and a tolerance of ±0.02mm for non-precision products, ensuring that we meet your needs.
