Metal Ceramics Heater (MCH for short) is an efficient and durable ceramic heating element.
Its manufacturing process is to accurately print the heating resistor paste of high melting point metal (such as tungsten or molybdenum manganese) on the 95% alumina ceramic blank according to the predetermined heating circuit design.
Then, the ceramic blank and the resistor paste are closely combined through the hot pressing process, and sintered together under the protection of a reducing atmosphere at about 1600℃, so that the ceramic and metal form a solid overall structure.
MCH heating elements are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with high heating efficiency. The unit heating power consumption is about 25% less than that of PTC, which can help you heat efficiently and evenly in a short time.
