High Temperature Resistance and High Mechanical Strength: Silicon carbide sintering rods can withstand temperatures up to 1300℃ and possess excellent flexural strength (≥350 MPa). They can be repeatedly used in high-temperature sintering and repeated thermal cycling conditions.
High Load Capacity and Customizable Sizes: Standard product sizes include an outer diameter of Ø2.8mm and a length of 130mm. A single sintering rod can withstand a load of ≥2 kg.
High-Temperature Dimensional Stability: The product is not prone to creep or deformation in high-temperature applications, reducing the risk of displacement, warping, and falling during the sintering process.
Thermal Shock Resistance: Silicon carbide has a high thermal conductivity and a low coefficient of thermal expansion, helping you handle conditions requiring rapid heating and cooling.
