Advantages of alumina ceramic heating elements
Small size and high thermal efficiency

GORGEOUS CERAMICS’ alumina ceramic heating elements use high-quality alumina raw materials and encapsulate the heating circuitry within the ceramic using a high-temperature co-firing process. Our heating elements are small in size and boast high power density, measuring 19×19×3.0mm, enabling you to heat up quickly in a short time.
Compared to traditional resistance wire or PTC heating, our ceramic heaters can save approximately 20–30% of energy consumption.
High mechanical strength, robust and pressure resistant

Alumina ceramics have excellent mechanical properties. This high-strength structure allows ceramic heating elements to maintain excellent stability in high-temperature, vibration, or complex working conditions, and they are not easily deformed or damaged.
Good insulation makes the product safer

Alumina has excellent electrical insulation properties, with an insulation resistance of ≥100 MΩ. The heating circuit is completely encapsulated inside the ceramic, so that there is no electrical charge on the surface of the heating element.
Long lifespan and stable operation
Under normal conditions, the average lifespan of ceramic heating elements is ≥10,000 hours, and in some environments it can reach 20,000–50,000 hours.
Our products feature reinforced wiring and ceramic connection wires to prevent breakage and adhesive detachment, which could affect the normal heating operation of the equipment.
Product Uses
GORGEOUS CERAMICS’ small-volume alumina ceramic heating elements are miniature, high-power-density heating elements primarily used in compact, modular devices requiring rapid heating.
Main applications include: ceramic heating cores for electronic cigarettes, gas sensor heating, 3D printer nozzles, infusion warmers, medical sample heaters, food sealing machines, foam cutters, plastic hot knives, infrared thermal imagers, PCR nuclear testing instruments, and new energy batteries.
Precautions
The product’s temperature data is based on actual measurements under dry-burning conditions. It is prone to damage when the temperature exceeds 18V or 500℃.
