The 70*15mm MCH high-temperature ceramic alumina heating element is a new type of heating element produced by directly printing heating resistance material onto alumina green blank through multiple layers, undergoing a series of special processes, and finally firing at a high temperature of approximately 1600°C.

GORGEOUS CERAMICS’ alumina ceramic heating elements enable high-temperature, flameless heating, operating at temperatures up to 500°C, and the alumina material itself can withstand temperatures up to 1600°C.

Rapid Heating

GORGEOUS CERAMICS’ ceramic heaters respond quickly. A 500W ceramic heating element can reach a working temperature of nearly 600°C in about 15 seconds, and some heaters can reach the set working temperature within 10 seconds.

Uniform Heating

In addition to rapid heating, our heaters also possess superior thermal conductivity (alumina thermal conductivity 20–40 W/m·K), efficiently transferring heat from the interior of the ceramic body to the surface, resulting in uniform and stable heating.

Product Uses

GORGEOUS CERAMICS’ 70×15mm alumina heating element is a typical strip-shaped MCH ceramic heating element, belonging to the low-to-medium power, fast-response heater category. Its elongated shape makes it very easy to install, suitable for various handheld heating devices, and is a dedicated heating element for home appliances and portable devices. Common applications include:

Hair straightener/curling iron heating elements, electronic cigarette heating elements, small liquid jugs, 3D printers, small hot air guns, hot air pen heating elements, medical sterilization equipment, sealing heating strips, hair dryers, PCR nucleic acid testing instruments, battery packs, energy storage batteries, etc.


Precautions

The ceramic heating element temperature we indicate is the surface temperature at ambient temperature during dry burning. If heating an object, please consider the heat absorption and dissipation of the object being heated based on the provided dry-burning surface temperature to select an appropriate power. We also recommend that you do not operate the ceramic heating element at its extreme temperature (around 500°C) for extended periods, as this can shorten its lifespan. For higher power applications, we suggest using a temperature control device.

Please avoid sudden temperature changes, as this may cause the heating element to expand and damage the tungsten filament heating layer.

The installation pressure should ideally be less than 2 kg/cm². We recommend using a dedicated stainless steel retaining clip or an elastic clamp.

The lead wire should ideally use a high-temperature resistant lead wire with a snap-fit ​​connection.

The lead wire connection of the heating element is not waterproof; please avoid contact with conductive liquids.
