Zirconia Plate Toughening

Our zirconium oxide products are combined with other oxide materials to form ceramic materials with superior performance, including partially stabilized zirconium oxide (PSZ), yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide (YSZ), zirconium oxide toughened alumina ceramics (ZTA composite ceramics), magnesium oxide partially stabilized zirconium oxide (ZrO2), (Mg-PSZ ceramic plates).
Partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ): This is zirconia with magnesium oxide (MgO) or calcium oxide (CaO) stabilizers added. Partially stabilized zirconia has better toughness and thermal stability than ordinary zirconia and can maintain a more stable phase structure at high temperatures.
Yttria stabilized zirconia (ZrO2), (YSZ ceramic plate): This ceramic material has better mechanical strength and wear resistance than ordinary zirconia, has the highest mechanical strength and fracture toughness, and is one of our best-selling modified zirconia.
Zirconia toughened alumina ceramics (ZTA composite ceramics): This ceramic material is a composite of alumina and zirconia, combining the advantages of both. It improves the toughness of zirconia while maintaining high hardness and wear resistance. You can use our products in harsh wear environments that require high toughness.
Magnesium Oxide Partially Stabilized Zirconia (ZrO2), (Mg-PSZ Ceramic Plate): This ceramic adds magnesium oxide as a stabilizer to zirconium oxide, which allows zirconium oxide to maintain a more stable phase structure at high temperatures.
