Produzione di ceramica avanzata - Pressatura isostatica

In qualità di produttore professionale, GORGEOUS è in grado di fornirvi processi di pressatura isostatica a freddo, a caldo e a caldo, offrendovi soluzioni personalizzate in ceramica di alta qualità.

Isostatic pressing is a key forming technology applicable to advanced precision ceramic manufacturing. This process is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized ceramic parts with complex structures or high density requirements.

Depending on the process conditions used, isostatic pressing is mainly divided into cold isostatic pressing (CIP), warm isostatic pressing (WIP), and hot isostatic pressing (HIP).

Cold isostatic pressing (COP): Performed at room temperature, using rubber or plastic as the mold material and a liquid as the pressure medium. Primarily used for powder material forming, providing blanks for further sintering, forging, or hot isostatic pressing processes.

Pressatura isostatica a caldo (WIP): Pressing temperatures are generally between 80-120℃, but can also be between 250-450℃, using special liquids or gases to transmit pressure. Mainly used for materials such as graphite, polyamide, and rubber that cannot be formed at room temperature, to obtain a solid blank at elevated temperatures.

Hot isostatic pressing (HIP): A process technology that subjects materials to isostatic pressing under both high temperature and high pressure. It is not only used for powder consolidation but also allows the two-step forming and sintering processes of traditional powder metallurgy to be completed simultaneously.

Ensure high density and structural consistency in ceramic products

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) employs a combination of mature cold isostatic pressing (CIP) and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) processes. During production, the ceramic green body is uniformly pressed in all directions, effectively avoiding the density gradient problems caused by traditional unidirectional pressing.

  • The relative density of the green body can reach ≥65% (CIP stage).
  • After sintering/hot isostatic pressing, the finished product density can reach ≥99.5%.
  • This reduces the risk of internal porosity, delamination, and cracking.

Complex structure forming capability

Breaking free from the shape limitations of traditional dry pressing, GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) can customize ceramic products with a variety of complex shapes for you.

Based on customer-provided drawings and application scenarios, we offer flexible options for CIP/WIP/HIP combination processes, improving molding feasibility and reducing post-processing difficulties, thereby lowering costs from the source and giving us a greater market advantage.

Isostatic pressing + precision machining

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) offers a complete manufacturing chain—from powder handling and granulation optimization, isostatic pressing (CIP/WIP/HIP), sintering, and CNC precision machining (holes, grooves, threads, complex contours)—providing a one-stop service and reducing communication costs.

Our mature processes ensure that high-precision products are free from issues such as reduced deformation and warping.
