Fabricação Avançada de Cerâmica – Moldagem por Extrusão

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) focuses on the research and development and production of complex structures and high-precision ceramic parts. Combining various forming processes and precision machining, GGS is committed to providing customers with stable and reliable advanced ceramic mass production solutions.

Extrusion molding is a highly efficient and continuous molding process that uses a hydraulic press to drive a piston, extruding plasticized preform material from an extrusion nozzle. It is primarily used to produce complex ceramic components with constant cross-sectional shapes, such as various pipes, rods, and honeycomb ceramic structures.
The biggest advantage of this process is its automated operation and low pollution, enabling continuous mass production. GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) estimates its annual production of tube and rod ceramic components to reach 6 million pieces.

Our Factory Advantages

Stable large-scale production

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) has multiple extrusion lines at its factory, combined with automated drying and sintering systems, enabling us to operate continuously and stably 24 hours a day.

This supports continuous delivery from pilot production to large-volume orders, ensuring extremely high consistency and stable yield rates in mass production.

Complex structure forming capability

Relying on mature mold design and rheological control technology, we can stably achieve extrusion molding of various complex cross-sectional structures, including:

Ceramic thin-walled tubes (customizable from 0.5-1.0mm)
Ceramic rods/plungers/shafts
Porous ceramic tubes/honeycomb ceramics
Irregular and asymmetric cross-sectional ceramic structures

Ceramic Injection Molding Process Flow

Extrusion molding is a continuous molding process. The common production flow for ceramic extrusion molding mainly includes the following key steps.

Powder Preparation -> Batching & Mixing -> Aging / Pugging -> Extrusion Forming -> Cutting -> Drying -> Debinding -> Sintering -> Secondary Machining -> Inspection
