Silicon nitride thermocouple protection tubes are man-made composite tubes. GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) uses extremely high-purity silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) powder as raw material, manufactured through a mature precision molding and high-temperature sintering process.
Compared to alumina thermocouple protection tubes, silicon nitride protection tubes have stronger thermal shock resistance and are less prone to cracking under rapid heating and cooling conditions. Furthermore, their excellent corrosion resistance performs exceptionally well in environments containing molten metal, acidic or alkaline media, or complex atmospheres.
