Given the fragile nature of silicon carbide ceramics, GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS Ceramic) employs an industrial-grade multi-layered protective packaging system to ensure zero damage during sea, air, and land transportation.

  • Individually Shockproof Wrapping: Each burner sleeve is filled with shockproof bubble wrap/high-density pearl cotton, and the tube body is fully wrapped to prevent collisions and scratches.
  • High-Density EPE Composite Shaping and Slotting: Custom-designed EPE pearl cotton grooves secure the ends and middle section of the tube body, suspending it to absorb shock and completely isolate it from external impacts.

Withstands extreme temperatures up to 1700°C: Our silicon carbide burner sleeves can operate continuously in an air atmosphere at temperatures ranging from 1380°C to 1650°C, while withstanding extreme peak temperatures of up to 1700°C.

Thermal shock resistant, suitable for complex working conditions

The frequent start-ups and shutdowns, and the complex conditions of rapid temperature changes in industrial kilns, require burner sleeves to withstand severe thermal shock. Traditional refractory materials, due to their low thermal conductivity and high coefficient of thermal expansion, easily accumulate significant internal thermal stress, leading to microcrack propagation and eventual cracking.

  • Excellent thermal shock resistance: Our products can withstand multiple rapid heating and cooling cycles from 1100℃ to cold water without cracking.
  • Highly efficient heat conduction: Our products have a thermal conductivity of approximately 160 W/(m·K), more than 20 times that of conventional refractory materials, rapidly dispersing high-temperature heat from the flame edge and eliminating localized temperature gradients.
  • Superior fatigue resistance: After undergoing over 1000 temperature cycles, the flexural strength retention rate remains above 85%.

Traditional burner sleeves are prone to surface peeling, corrosion, and oxidative expansion when exposed to corrosive atmospheres containing various sulfides. Furthermore, silicon carbide naturally forms a dense silicon dioxide passivation protective film at high temperatures, maintaining stable material properties even in high-temperature and complex atmospheric environments.
