GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) silicon carbide microreactor modules are made from spray-granulated silicon carbide powder, which is then isostatically pressed and sintered at high temperatures. Our silicon carbide boards consist of a multi-layer structure (2-10 layers) and are bonded using high-temperature diffusion welding.

Silicon Carbide Microreactor Module Specifications and Models
Highly resistant to chemical corrosion, capable of withstanding mixed acid corrosion such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and hydrofluoric acid;
Excellent thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity exceeding 160 W/m·K;
High purity (SiC content >99%), high density, high hardness, wear resistance, and non-contamination (no metal ion precipitation);
The silicon carbide microreactor module is integrally welded using high-temperature diffusion welding, reducing leakage risk and significantly improving the reactor’s pressure resistance; the module can withstand pressures up to 95 BAR;
Each silicon carbide module undergoes hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing before leaving the factory to ensure reliability and safety.
