GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS)
GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) silicon carbide heat exchanger plates are made from spray-granulated silicon carbide powder, which is then formed by isostatic pressing and pressureless sintering.
We offer customization services, designing and manufacturing various silicon carbide structural components according to customer-provided drawings, with the smallest channel diameter as small as 1mm.
Advantages of Silicon Carbide Heat Exchanger Plates
Коррозионная стойкость
GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) silicon carbide heat exchanger plates exhibit excellent stability against a variety of highly corrosive media, making them suitable for long-term use in environments containing sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and various mixed acids. Furthermore, their service life is longer than that of traditional graphite and metal heat exchange materials.
Thermal Conductivity and Heat Transfer Capacity
Silicon carbide boasts a thermal conductivity exceeding 160 W/m·K, resulting in rapid thermal response and high heat transfer efficiency, making it ideal for high-heat-load and demanding applications.
High Purity and High-Density Structure
Our silicon carbide heat exchanger plates contain >99% SiC and feature a stable, highly dense structure, preventing the release of metal ions that contaminate the media.
Diverse Sealing Methods
This product can be sealed using various methods, including ring seals and mirror seals. GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) supports customization, offering high-temperature diffusion welding seals tailored to your specific needs and operating conditions.
