Silicon Carbide Crucible

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) silicon carbide crucibles are formed by isostatic pressing and pressureless sintering, and sizes can be customized according to customer needs.

Advantages of Silicon Carbide Crucibles

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) silicon carbide crucibles utilize a submicron-scale fine-grained material with a smooth surface, achieving a Ra < 1.6 even in the raw product stage.

Their maximum temperature resistance reaches 1700℃, and up to 1950℃ in a protective atmosphere (nitrogen or argon).

Excellent thermal shock resistance allows the crucible to adapt to rapid temperature changes, and superior corrosion resistance enables its use in highly corrosive environments.

Applications of Silicon Carbide Crucibles

High-temperature roasting and calcination

Silicon carbide crucibles can be used for high-temperature calcination and roasting of ceramic powders and raw materials.

Molten Salt Systems and High-Temperature Media Experiments

Silicon carbide crucibles possess excellent corrosion resistance, are not easily deformed at high temperatures, and are not prone to chemical reactions. They can be used for heating, melting, and reaction processes in various molten salt systems.

Alloy melting

Suitable for melting non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, nickel, and zinc, and their alloys.
