1.The temperatures listed above are the surface temperatures of the heating element under dry-burning conditions at ambient temperature. If heating an object, consider the heat absorption and dissipation of the object being heated based on the provided dry-burning surface temperatures to select an appropriate power rating. It is recommended that the heating element not be operated for extended periods at its extreme temperature (around 500℃), as this can easily affect its lifespan. For higher power applications, it is recommended to use it in conjunction with a temperature control device!
2.The category “Temperature Control Use” indicates that this product has a high power rating and requires the user to use it with a temperature control device to ensure proper heat dissipation. Improper temperature control, poor heat dissipation, and installation issues may cause damage.
3.The power rating listed for the heating element is the static power, calculated based on the resistance at room temperature before power-on, and is also the maximum power at the rated voltage (to help users select a suitable power supply).
