In the initial stage of engineering ceramic material preparation, GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) employs a precision grinding process to treat the raw powder. By removing excessively large particles and refining the powder, we achieve a controllable and uniform particle size distribution.

Precise optimization of particle size and distribution improves the flowability, formability, and sintering performance of ceramic materials. This helps increase the density of the green body and reduces the generation of defects.

In the mixing stage, GGS precisely proportions various additives (binders, dispersants, plasticizers, etc.) according to the user’s different material systems and application requirements, using efficient mixing equipment to achieve uniform dispersion and thorough mixing of the powder.

In the granulation stage, we use spray granulation and other methods to transform the mixed powder into granules with good flowability and uniform particle size.
