GGS’s ceramic electrode heating plate features a non-resettable, single-use protection device that activates only in abnormal situations.
When the thermal fuse detects abnormal heating and the temperature reaches the preset fuse threshold, the internal thermal adhesive quickly melts. Under the action of the tripping spring, the sliding contact separates from the isolation wire, thus instantly disconnecting the circuit.
In abnormal operating conditions (such as localized melting or insulation layer burnout), our heating plate “sacrifices” itself, “self-destructing” to cut off the circuit and ensure the safety of other critical components.

GGS heaters feature inherent safety designs in the heating element itself, combined with external protection devices (thermostat, fuse, voltage regulator), to provide multiple layers of protection and ensure safe operation while fully safeguarding the equipment.
