Brazing is one of the main methods for achieving high-strength ceramic-metal bonding. Ceramic brazing is further divided into metallization processes (activated Mo-Mn method) and activated brazing filler metal methods.
GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) ceramic brazing uses Kovar materials or oxygen-free copper components with a coefficient of linear expansion similar to that of ceramics to achieve ceramic-metal bonding with metallized ceramic components. This bonding can be argon-arc welded to stainless steel, thus achieving a hermetic connection between the ceramic component and the metal structure. This ceramic-metal bonding structure features high bonding strength, good hermeticity, and high reliability.
