Our crucibles feature a dense overall structure and stable performance, making them ideal for harsh high-temperature and highly corrosive environments.
Submicron-level fine-grained structure, dense and smooth surface
We possess mature grain control technology, achieving Ra < 1.6 on the ceramic blank surface even in its unpolished state. This helps reduce the adhesion and penetration of molten materials, improving the corrosion resistance and service life of the finished product.
High-purity materials
Our round crucibles contain more than 99% SiC with extremely low impurity content, preventing contamination during high-temperature use. This makes them ideal for processes requiring high-purity melting and sintering.
High-temperature resistance: Silicon carbide possesses excellent high-temperature resistance. Our silicon carbide round crucibles can operate stably at 1700℃ in normal air atmospheres and up to 1950℃ in certain protective atmospheres (nitrogen or argon).
