The furnace tubes are heated externally while providing the necessary working environment internally. They can be used for furnace tubes, kiln furniture, vacuum furnace components, etc., and are particularly suitable for linings of high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature electric furnaces and kilns above 1400℃, such as tubular heating furnaces, sintering furnaces, reaction furnaces, and other heating furnace linings.

Our furnace tubes boast excellent density, achieving a gas impermeability of up to 31 MPa from room temperature to 1000°C, meeting vacuum requirements.

The silicon carbide raw materials we use are of extremely high purity, with a content greater than 99%, preventing material contamination.

GORGEOUS CERAMICS (GGS) silicon carbide furnace tubes can be customized according to customer drawings. Typical products have an outer diameter up to 350mm and a length up to 2000mm. Larger furnace tubes can be manufactured using ceramic welding.
